Hello Kylie,

I asked my friend who recently graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and she said that UCLA and University of San Francisco had some of the best programs in California. However, she said there are many other schools in CA who offer amazing nursing curriculums as well, so she recommends looking around for the program and location that best fits your needs! Good Luck!

California offers many great nursing programs in most state universities such as UCLA, UCSF, UCSD, and many more. keep in mind that most universities in California get hundreds of nursing applicants and only the top few are picked for the nursing program so you might not be admitted to the school of your choice. I would advise you to pick the school that accepts you without waiting on the waiting list or the lottery system.

There are many great nursing programs in California, especially at UCLA and UCSF. It is extremely competitive to get into nursing school in California due to the high number of applicant they get.
