What does a day in the life of a post partum nurse look like where you live?

Strongly considering becoming a post partum nurse and was curious to discover the type of duties professional post partum nurses perform on a daily basis, and how this differs across the globe. Wow Mireia what an important role you are thinking of taking on! It is so critical to have strong support during those first few weeks. In order to gain more insight into the post-partum experience, I would suggest connecting and having "informational interviews" with post-partum doulas and others in the health care system. This will provide you guidance on the challenges and overall experience many parents go through. The doula may be able to offer insight into areas that are lacking support, helping you identify even more opportunities to provide value. Best of luck - this is such a special career path.
