I like this question a lot. I have a note in my phone from a few months ago that says "Be the best of yourself". The note is at the top of my to-do list. When I put that note into my phone, I wanted to remind myself to do the things that I like to do (as sometimes life can distracting with things people impose on you ) and to always put in 100% effort. I always see that note when I look at my to-do list and it helps me step back and think about whether the "to-dos" are really the right things that should be on my list to accomplish the things that I am passionate about.

If you are trying something new whether it be a new career or education etc, sign up for a class or social group that you share an interest with. Talk to others about their experiences and you'll be surprised of how frequently others can inspire new ideas/interests and how those people can open up doors for opportunities

My first thought is that it’s a very philosophical topic with no one answer, but in the digital era, here goes. It’s easy to be distracted with trends and media… others trying to influence who you are. With that being said, just my personal advice is to first keep a journal and write down your thoughts. Writing this down will let you see where your heart leads as far as your passions, hobbies, likes and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses. In that journal, take note of your flaws and read up on how you can improve those flaws. Work on it weekly and come back every Friday to see how you’ve changed. Give it time though, nothing happens overnight. And the same for all your strengths. Take stock of your accomplishments and build on that. You’ll feel much better about yourself by simply writing these down and applying them in real life. Always strive and realize that even when you feel confident, we’re growing older and things change. Build a life that you’d love to live.

Therapy is like a magic wand! There's a common misunderstanding that therapy is only for when life gets tough. But guess what? Therapy is also a fantastic way to learn more about yourself and the world you live in. And if therapy seems a bit pricey or hard to stick to, don't worry! You've got other great options. Working out, surrounding yourself with positive friends, finding peace in meditation, or expressing yourself through journaling can also work wonders!
