On Tuesday, November 6, CareerVillage.org’s office doors will be closed as we recognize Election Day as an organization-wide holiday. At CareerVillage.org, we believe in enabling our team to fully engage on election day. From planning a ride to the polls, balancing family schedules outside of the office, taking the morning to properly read up on their ballots, or volunteering to support others, I believe our team members deserve the time to focus on their civic duty. They need the flexibility to ensure their voices are heard this coming Tuesday, and to support this critical part of a functioning democracy.

That’s why CareerVillage.org has pledged to make this Election Day, and every Election Day, a holiday. We join hundreds of companies who have taken the pledge through ElectionDay.org.
