I have no idea what I'm doing and am in dire need of help. I don't feel strongly about any career choice that is financially viable, so I'm clueless.

I am really interested in the field of mental health and psychology. I know psychiatrists can prescribe medication while psychologists can't, but is there any other major difference between the two careers? Is it worth the 4 years of medical school just to be able to prescribe drugs, or is...

I want to apply for a school-year internship at a medical facility (or healthcare adjacent program) and I am having a hard time finding opportunities for THIS school year.

For context, this isn't urgent because it hasn't happened yet. I just want to know what to do when I choose one college over another when both have already accepted me. Do I send the loser a rejection letter? Do I just not show up in the fall?
