If you're a first-gen and you have immigrant parents who wanted you to become a doctor, how did you come to terms with/and find yourself wanting to be in the medical field, rather than just going into it because your parents told you?

What makes any standard college different from one another?

I'm interested in starting to save for college but I don't know how much to start begin with. I'm also hoping that I can get a decent number of scholarships to help lessen the financial strain on me and my family.

I struggle to use my time wisely and tend to sleep. I was wondering about a way to survive college with less stress and more sleep time. I would like to learn a way to give me time for fun.

To what extent does the "college experience" (drinking, partying, fraternities, etc.) distract from the true purpose of college--education?

How does going into college undecided work?

I have always and still want to be a pediatrician or at least work with children in the medical field. I make sure to take classes and participate in activities that will further expand my passion for the future. The amount of work I put in now is only a dent compared to the overall hard work...
