I am a current graduate student getting my second Masters in Human Resources. With my background being in college sports I'm transitioning into this new career field and don't want to start over. My career goals are to finish my summer internship and find a job with a company where I can work in Organizational Development or as an HR Business Partner working strategically with business leaders on how to keep and engage our talent. In not wanting to start over I would like to be able to oversee and develop staff that work for me, make a salary that is competitive, and be at a company that provides opportunities to grow and move around if needed (either by providing remote work or having multiple locations that so that I have internal mobility).
