Im addition to what Anand said, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and social workers also work in school settings. If your current job offers a tuition benefit you should look into what degrees it covers.

There are absolutely tons of school-based jobs that do not have to do with teaching. For example, I'm pursuing a higher degree so I can eventually go into academic advising or admission counseling. Although I tutor, teaching was never for me. So here are a list of school based jobs besides teaching that you can potentially pursue:
-School Administrator
-Principal/Vice Principal
-School Counselor
-Academic Advisor
-Admissions Counselor
-Enrollment Advisor
-Educational Consultant
-Academic program coordinator
-Reading Interventionist
-Curriculum Specialist/developer
-School Psychologist
-Guidance Counselor
-Literacy Specialist
-Librarian
There's many more than this so I suggest that you please do research on these job positions that aligns right with your values, goals, and overall philosophy. Also, please note that many of these jobs mentioned (especially in the education industry) requires a Bachelor's degree or higher with credentials.
