Fred’s Answer
Many people get a first job in retail or fast food (I only know about the USA). My first job was bussing tables in a restaurant. I then worked at a grocery store and later a book store. All these were while I was figuring out my career path and going to college.
You need to find someplace that you would (at minimum) not hate working at, and go apply. Be honest about what you can and cannot do. Be as flexible as possible. Then, if you get an interview, show up on time, well dressed, and clean (you'd be amazed at what people wear sometimes...). Be courteous, be curious, and honest. Come prepared to answer why you want to work there. Thank the interviewer when you leave.
Repeat the above until you are offered a job.
