Hello Mony
I'm Miss Takieaa. I have to admit, to make sure I have accurate advice that caters to your specific needs, I took a look at your country. Your royal palace is beautiful and skillfully made. And, the colors of your country are so brilliant and the buildings are colorful, the land looks lush and comfortable. It's the first time I thought of a city looking like an oasis.
To answer your question, Cambodia is the perfect place for being Mechanical Engineer. I don't know if you know or not, but I read that many children there can't run and play freely because there are mines buried underground. Well ❤️🩹 the problem is being corrected right now by Mechanical Engineers! A team (Demine Robotics) of both Canadian and Cambodian Engineers working to remove all of the mines so children can play freely and not worry about which path they have to take when walking.
Also, one of your countrymen, Richard Yim, graduated from Waterloo, returned home and started Quantum Engineering. He will be needing you to join his team in his efforts in making Cambodia an engineering force to be reckoned with. So, you have many options moving forward as a Mechanical Engineer locally.
And, in Cambodia's National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia is working on the 'Human Carrier Drone' invented by two Mechanical Engineers who are students there. They decided to create the ‘Human Carrier Drone’ to assist with traffic control in Phnom Penh and help emergency response teams have quicker means of transportation.
Plus, if you don't know exactly where to start, the Institute of Technology of Cambodia has a Mechanical Engineering Program. According to their website, here is what they will offer you - should you choose them as your alma mater. "The Mechanical Engineering degree program is designed to lay a solid foundation in designing, analyzing, and producing mechanical systems and equipment. The curriculum is enhanced with state-of-the-art technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), equipping graduates to address complex challenges in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. The program offers hands-on laboratory experiences, interdisciplinary coursework, and opportunities for research, ensuring a well-rounded education. The program upholds high academic and professional standards, fostering professionalism and a strong work ethic."
Mony, I hope this information is what you are looking for to get you started on your career path to becoming a great Mechanical Engineer. Have a great life!
Miss Takieaa
Ps - Make sure to set your goals very high and never, ever give up on them, no matter what 🤓
