Hello Layla!
I spent a good decade in the insurance sector, and as Natale mentioned, it's a dynamic and fulfilling industry. Picture this - all those buildings you see while cruising around town with your family or friends, most of them are insured. So, there's always a need for commercial insurance. Yes, the industry offers financial stability and long-term prospects, but it also demands adaptability. This is because insurance companies sometimes fold, or their rates increase, which means you'll often need to transition your clients to different companies. This can sometimes ruffle feathers. But if you're a people-oriented individual, skilled at delivering less-than-ideal news with tact, and you're always on your toes, you'd make a fantastic Commercial Insurance Broker.

Getting into the insurance industry can be fast faced and rewarding. Do research about companies that are entry level and who will pay for your licensing. Grow from a company within and look for a company with great values and culture to help support work life balance. Read job postings and job reviews, many times you can get into the company and get trained while getting paid.
