I can give you some personal advice, Ive dance for 13 years, hip hop, ballet, jazz and modern dance. Its best to study many types of dance and to let the inner you come out when you dance. Its best to study the areas you exceed in so when applying to an school like Juilliard when you audtion you can show as much Versatility as possible. Just be passionate and KNOW that you can achevie ALL your goals and trust me your future will be bright.

Dance is a wounderful hobby to have, and you can go really far with it career wise.
The top five best dance schools are, Juilliard which is located in New York,Obelin College which is located in Ohio, Rutgers University which is in New Jersey, Skidmore College which is also located in New York, and University of California Berkeley.
