Samantha’s Answer

To become an MRI technologist, you’ll have to go to college. You will first need to complete some prerequisite courses, which an academic advisor at your college will be able to assist you with. Your local college may have an MRI tech program or a radiological tech program. Either would work. During your program, you’ll likely have some clinical experiences. Once the program is completed, you will test for certification. Once you are working in the field, continuing education is typically required for MRI techs, which can be provided by your workplace, but won’t always be.
I hope that this was helpful! Good luck on your journey!
