Should I apply for internships while taking summer classes?

I am a second year computer science and engineering student at ohio state university. I was planning on taking summer classes (in person/on campus) in the summer 2025, but I also feel like I should be applying for internships. Are there any part-time internships available I could do while taking those online classes? I was looking for online internships but most are full time. Need advice on how I can get more experience while taking my summer classes(7 credits).

I'm Miss Takieaa. I did a little research and found the government offers paid internships. And, if you communicate with them, you may be able to acquire a paid remote internship in your field.
