What important steps would Interscope have to take before actually signing a minor to the record label?
Yeah so I am in the 11th grade my name is King Marc Louis and I would like to know if Interscope Records
was to sign a young rap artist by the name of #chiefkeef age 16 at the time since he is still considered
a minor what important steps would Interscope have to take before actually signing him to the record label?

Before Interscope will sign anyone who is a minor, they will first have to have that minor's parents permission. No label will sign any minor without this.

Good day young man, I am a professional but a life long amateur songwriter and guitarist who does alot of home recording.
First thing I'd suggest is to protect yourself and try to find a music attorney to rep and protect yourself. Do you write rhymes and lyrics?
Not sure if you need what they used to call "working papers" but certainly your mom, dad, etc., will likely need to give permission. Interscope - a great label - as well as any other label will know everything THEY need to do to sign you. Good luck!
