Dear Jada,
It is a bit challenging to know which companies pays more than enough.
I wholeheartedly believe that this is not issue to think about salary.
Despite the fact that, we have to think about our future career.
It is difficult to find our best expectations to live in this world, sadly.
Finding our best job is even harder than we imagine.
What I would suggest is that find your suit job that matches with your soft and hard skills and emotional intelligence skills, and add your gained skills and prior experiences on your CV, and write a Cover Letter for your further step.
Yet it can be easy to say and give an advice for this, but it is harder to apply a few advices that convince you well.
In this matter, job hunting is scary a bit.
Due to the fact that, it can be difficult to deal with your mental illness after being rejected from companies that you would like to positioned to be.
Likewise, it can be difficult to challenge yourself after all the things you progressed so far.
My advice on this matter is to apply as many job positions as possible, and prepare yourself for interviews.
You should be accustomed to be interviewed by many interviewers.
They may examine you in order to accept your offer.
Even you did a minor mistake, they decline your offer.
In order to be accepted, you should have strong CV and Cover Letter, and watch a few interviews on Youtube, or whichever platforms posted and uploaded for everyone.
I hope this helps.
If not, you should seek help from professionals or friends that were experienced the same matter.

Good Day Jada!
How to Find a Job That Pays Well
Step 1: Self-Assessment
Before diving into the job market, it’s essential to conduct a self-assessment. This involves evaluating your skills, interests, values, and experiences. Consider what you enjoy doing and where your strengths lie. Tools such as career assessments or personality tests (like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) can help clarify your preferences and guide you toward suitable career paths.
Step 2: Research High-Paying Careers
Once you have a clearer understanding of your strengths and interests, research careers that align with them and are known for high salaries. Resources like the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) provide comprehensive data on various occupations, including median pay, job outlook, and required education levels. Focus on industries that are currently growing or have a high demand for skilled workers, such as technology, healthcare, finance, and engineering.
Step 3: Acquire Necessary Qualifications
Most high-paying jobs require specific qualifications or certifications. Identify what education or training is necessary for your chosen field. This may involve pursuing a degree, obtaining certifications, or gaining relevant experience through internships or entry-level positions. Online platforms like Coursera or LinkedIn Learning offer courses that can enhance your skills and make you more competitive in the job market.
Step 4: Build Your Network
Networking is crucial in finding well-paying jobs. Connect with professionals in your desired field through platforms like LinkedIn or local networking events. Attend industry conferences and join professional organizations related to your career interests. Building relationships can lead to job referrals and insider knowledge about job openings.
Step 5: Tailor Your Resume and Cover Letter
When applying for jobs, ensure that your resume and cover letter are tailored to each position. Highlight relevant skills and experiences that align with the job description. Use quantifiable achievements to demonstrate your impact in previous roles. A well-crafted resume can significantly increase your chances of landing interviews.
Step 6: Prepare for Interviews
Once you secure interviews, preparation is key to making a strong impression. Research common interview questions for your field and practice your responses. Be ready to discuss how your skills align with the company’s needs and demonstrate enthusiasm for the role. Additionally, prepare thoughtful questions to ask the interviewer about the company culture and growth opportunities.
Step 7: Negotiate Your Salary
When offered a position, don’t hesitate to negotiate your salary based on industry standards and your qualifications. Websites like Glassdoor or PayScale can provide insights into typical salaries for similar roles in your area. Approach negotiations professionally by expressing gratitude for the offer while clearly stating why you believe a higher salary is justified based on market research.
Conclusion
Finding a well-paying job requires careful planning and execution across multiple steps—from self-assessment to negotiation after receiving an offer. By following these steps diligently, you will enhance your chances of securing a lucrative position that aligns with both your skills and career aspirations.

To land a well-paying job, I’ll start by figuring out what I’m good at and which industries pay well, like tech, healthcare, finance, or trades. Then, I’ll build the right skills through courses, certifications, or hands-on experience like internships.
I’ll make sure my resume stands out and use job boards like LinkedIn and Glassdoor, while networking at events and online to connect with the right people. When I get an offer, I’ll negotiate confidently based on research.
Lastly, I’ll focus on jobs with growth potential so I can keep leveling up my career and salary.
