Congratulations on being accepted to Medical School ! That is great accomplishment. It's a special dedication that will pay off in the long run - well worth it !
I am sure that you realize that you would not be able to study for or work in Real Estate for some years depending on what year of Medical School you are currently in and if you want to go for extended education for a medical specialty. It will not be possible for you to mix your medical school commitment with a career in or the study for Real Estate. You're going to have to take one thing at a time.
When you are finished with your medical school path and internship which is required in India, you may be obtaining work as a Medical Doctor and that, at first, is still something that you will have to focus on and dedicate all your time to. The nature of being a doctor will have you busy and not able to start another additional career. There is no way to do Medicine and begin study and do Real Estate at the same time or even when you're first working as a medical doctor.
Once you are established in your medical career, when you feel you have the time and flexible work schedule, you can start steps to become a Real Estate Broker if that's what you are specifically asking about. You would first have to obtain your Registration from the Real Estate Regulation and Development which is required by India in order to sell real estate in India. Next step would be to obtain the Professional License which is renewable every five years. Your country requires that you have 24 months of real estate sales in order to then complete a pre-licensing course that is a 72 hour class. You then go for the Real Estate Broker Examination, pass it, and then you complete and submit the forms to activate your Real Estate License. This all should not be done while you are in Medical School, during your Internship or when you first start working as a doctor.
It's great to have side interests but one doesn't have to professionally pursue everything one is interested in, especially when becoming a doctor is a heavy, time consuming path with lots of responsibilities and work. I do realize the path for it in India entails many less years then in the United States, but the essence of the career is basically the same - hands on care of the human body. My advice is to give your all to medical school and do the real estate when your life seems ready for it.
