Does empathy play a role in the work feild? emp

I am asking due to the fact the it is common that work conflicts can occur in any given situation no matter the job. Us as humans do not usually pay attention to the fact that our tone in voice or the structure of out sentences via email or verbally can have drastic impacts on our daily lives. #letsbenice #empathygoesalongway #weareone

I think empathy is one of the most important skills or characteristics anyone can have in business or life in general because ultimately business is about people and understanding them and their unique needs, so without empathy you are truly unable to envision yourself in the same situation as a customer and this makes it difficult to relate and provide them with good service and a positive, compassionate attitude.

People often under estimate the power of simply being kind to people. I think it matters and it really makes a difference just to understand people and to show them respect and compassion so I think empathy is everything in business. I really do.
