Good morning Kamar.
U.S. News and World reports can give you a very good synopsis to the top rated schools in the country. The top three schools for mechanical engineering for 2018 are MIT in Massachusetts, Stanford in California and Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia. See the rest of the list here: https://www.usnews.com/best-colleges/rankings/engineering-doctorate-mechanical.

Hi Kamar!
Like others have said, US News and World Report does a great job of ranking schools. I would not put too much pressure on yourself based on these rankings, though. Most importantly, worry about finding a school that's a good fit for you that you can thrive and succeed at. I went to a good engineering college, but certainly not #1. Everybody I know and graduated with ended up in fine careers and are succeeding, because they were able to get the most out of their education at a school that was a good fit.
