Hi,
I think that depends on more of your personal preferences. Any nursing program that you attend in college has to meet very strict certification guidelines so most programs are very good.
I think once you decide where you want to attend college, you can do more research online into schools in that area.
HEre is a good link to nursing schools:

There isn't a single "best" college to attend if you want to be a nurse practitioner (NP). The best program for you will depend on your own personal preferences, such as location, program format (online vs traditional), cost, and any specific NP specialty you might be interested in.

Here are some factors to consider when choosing a college for becoming a nurse practitioner:

Accreditation: Make sure the school's nursing program is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). This accreditation is required for licensure as a registered nurse (RN), which is a prerequisite for becoming an NP.
NP program availability: Not all Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) programs offer a clear path to becoming an NP. Some schools offer combined BSN/Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) programs, while others require you to complete your BSN first and then apply to a separate MSN program.
NP specialty tracks: Some programs offer Master's degrees in Nurse Practitioner with a specific clinical focus, such as family practice, pediatrics, or adult-gerontology. Consider if there's a particular specialty you're interested in.
Here are some resources that can help you find a good nurse practitioner program:

American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN)

: The AACN has a searchable database of accredited nursing programs, including those that offer NP tracks.
