Many times in life these feelings will come up even if you have / had everything in order at one time. Life can be very challenging and the point is always to find a way through. Even if it’s done one very small step at a time. What is one small step you can take today that is different then yesterday.
If these feelings are keeping you from daily living like holding a job, taking care of yourself, eating, interacting with others etc. I would recommend you speak with a trusted person in your life / family member/ doctor and see if this is more then “laziness” which is a word I usually don’t use. I think fear is a legitimate feeling/ where laziness is a judgment usually placed on us by others.
Give yourself space to grow and you will.
