Hi Lakya,

It's great you want to maintain that balance in your life. This question will best be answered when you see what your school schedule will be like. You will have the autonomy to be able to choose times for your classes, so there may be an option for you to keep your job and attend classes simultaneously. I was umpiring when I was in college and I adjusted my class schedule to allow me to do both. There is certainly a way to do it, it's just utilizing proper time management.

Thanks!

Mike

Hi Lakya! t's great that you're thinking about balancing your work and school life. If you're worried that your summer job might interfere with your studies, you have a couple of options. You could talk to your employer about adjusting your hours to fit your new schedule—many employers are understanding and willing to accommodate students. If you feel that managing both might still be too much, it's perfectly okay to leave the job to focus on your education. Your studies are important, and you can always find another job later when you have more time.

Wishing you the best with the new school year! 😊
