Congratulations on landing the interview!
To make a strong impression, ask questions that show your interest and understanding of the company and role:
1. Can you tell me about the culture at ABC Company?
2. How will my performance be measured in this role?
3. What was your journey to reach your current position?
4. You mentioned I would be doing {fill in the blank}. Could you explain the training process for that?
5. How would you describe your approach to leadership?
After they answer, share your thoughts or experiences related to their responses. This shows you are engaged and interested.
Best of luck!

I think some good follow-up question to show your interest are :
How would you describe your management style?
What is your expectation from a potential employee? What are some soft skills that you prefer a potential employee to have?
Anything about the team (depending on what your actual interests are), are people in the team more technical, are people in the team encouraged to pursue professional development beyond their jobs (training opportunities, etc.)
What are the values of the company?
Does the company encourage lateral moves between departments?
How long do you think it takes for a new employee to become proficient in this role?
Feel free to ask anything that actually interests you, it's always nice when the candidate shows interest.

Hey Diany, this is a great question, and believe it or not, asking the right questions can give you a lot of information about the next steps in the interview process as well:
Asking about the size of the team
Current projects they are working on
What would be the next round focus: technical, soft skills
Insights from the hiring managers that Talent partners can share related to the "perfect fit"
Also important for many roles if not all, is relationship building and communication, so you can ask talent partner´s opinion on:
What do you think about the company´s culture
What do you like about your position and working at X company in general
If for you is important to have growth opportunities, the questions related to this are also important:
How does X company help the development of his employees
Are there anual performance reviews
I hope it helps! If you have any questions, please let me know, happy to help!
