Harshith’s Answer

First off, congratulations on choosing engineering—it’s a great field with endless possibilities.

Engineering offers a wide range of specializations. Some students follow current market trends, while others pursue their passion. I believe the ideal path is a balance between both—identify what you truly enjoy and see how it aligns with in-demand areas.

There are many exciting branches in engineering—like AI, robotics, cybersecurity, mechanical design, electronics, civil structures, and more. Before committing to a specific course, take time to research and understand where your interests lie. After all, this decision could shape your lifelong career.

In the early phase, it’s perfectly fine to explore multiple areas. Keep your options open. As you gain more exposure, you’ll naturally gravitate toward the field that excites you the most.

If you’d like to explore this further or need help figuring things out, I’d be happy to connect and discuss in more detail.

Harshith recommends the following next steps:

Explore more opportunities and try to balance passion and industry demands
