Iman’s Answer
Along the way of playing soccer, I'm sure you are very motivated, dedicated, a great team player, and learning time management with how you manage going to practices, games, etc. These characteristics are great skills that can translate into being a great student, and a great professional if you choose a different career path. All in all, I would continue to work and develop on all of those skills to translate them throughout your career.

Jean, begin practicing now. Look into youtube for training drills, and certain shooting drills as well. You will need to study those very hard. Once your studying has been completed, you will need to go out and do them.
Your days will need to be filled with Training, Training & more Training.
- You will need to eat, and sleep Soccer. Once you start training, you will need to find out what you do "Well" & what you do "Not So Well".
What you do "Not So Well" you will need to focus on the most, so everything can "WELL".
If you can, see if you can get into a young Sunday Soccer League. That will teach you some structure, especially if you have a good coach. You must be coach-able. (What I mean by that, "If a coach tells you to do something, you do it no matter what).
- Once you get the feel for "Soccer" and know you can step up your level of play, you may want to step into a league that actually pays to play.
- Those have much more structure than just a Sunday league team.
Speaking from experience, I started at a Sunday League
- I've been to Trials (Showcase Tours) in Europe, and China, and now I play for a Semi-Professional Development League out of Chino Hills.
- I am now training to trial for a New Pro Team in San Diego, so what I am telling you works, if you WANT it as bad as you say you do.
And As Gregory Bishop states, tell yourself in the mirror , "I WILL BE THE BEST NO MATTER WHAT"
