Are there lots of scholarships available not based on scores?

I have done a lot of volunteer work, so I was wondering if there are scholarships that could possibly reward that on top of my scholastic work. #scholarships

Hi Anna!

There are some schools that provide scholarships to students to support their growth and development within the community! At IUPUI (Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis) we offer the Sam H. Jones scholarship program (https://csl.iupui.edu/programs/scholarships/index.html). Students are granted scholarships to serve with and in our communities while we support their growth personally and professionally. Another program (if you will be considered a first year student and eligible for work study) is the Bonner program (http://www.bonner.org/apply/). Certain schools across the nation have the Bonner Scholar or Bonner Leader program.

Let me know if you have any questions. Sometimes the scholarships are a little hidden, and recommend reaching out to the financial aid office as they should know of scholarships that fit what you're looking for!
