- Patient population: do you want to see wealthy patients? Minority patients? You decide.

It depends what job you are doing at a hospital. Are you a nurse? Doctor? Administrative staff? If you are a healthcare worker looking for a job at a hospital, look at the schedules they make for their employees, the pay, location, the people who you would be working with. Make sure these all fit with what you imagine your job to be like.
