Yes, I like what I do in my job. Here are the tips that I follow,
Get motivated to face the day.
Keep your work in perspective.
You are more than your work.
Plan your time/work and create a to-do list, love your list and deadlines.
Don't miss the deadlines.
Concentrate on the task at hand.
Be clear about what's expected of you.
Delegate wherever appropriate.
Have regular breaks.
Read a lot.
Experiment new learning's.
I manage a team and I feel more engaged with my team. I believe in being passionate and curious to learn new things.

The most important thing is for you to find a situation in which you look forward to going to work everyday. This comes about by getting to know yourself better to see how your personality will fit into specific situations so that you will like what you do for your job. Many people who have skipped this step find that they do not like what they do for their job. From my many years in Human Resources, I would like to make the following recommendations so that you might have a greater possibility of liking what you do for a job.
Getting to know yourself and how your personality traits relate to people involved in various career opportunities is very important in your decision making process. During my many years in Human Resources and College Recruiting, I ran across too many students who had skipped this very important step and ended up in a job situation which for which they were not well suited. Selecting a career area is like buying a pair of shoes. First you have to be properly fitted for the correct size, and then you need to try on and walk in the various shoe options to determine which is fits the best and is most comfortable for you to wear.
