How should I manage my time so that I don't wake up so groggy?

I would always go to sleep at 2. I always wake up groggy. I think i should go to sleep before midnight, but I can't seem to do so. #sleep

Create a bed time routine to begin adapting to the new habit of going to bed earlier. Pre bedtime routine will train your mind and will begin adjustment process to new life style and earlier bedtime.

In short experiment with what time/window you go to sleep. Sleep is very Individual and so is one's Circadian rhythm. Some are night owls, some early birds. Read up on this. I feel it might help. I hope it does. Sleep is critical especially when you are student.
