It also depends on what type of learning environment you're interested in. Do you want a small school, large school? Focused on research, or job applications?
If you're looking at the Boston area, also check out Olin College of Engineering (where I went), which is really small and focuses on learning how to learn and more projects; it's one of the top engineering schools in the nation for a bachelors degree.
UT and Texas A&M have great engineering programs in the Texas area. I've been told UTD has a great computer science program and has generous financial aid and scholarships.

There are lots of good engineering colleges in the Country, Caleb. I suggest that you look first at the State college and State university in the state where you reside. You can judge the quality of these two engineering programs by going to your Library and looking the colleges up in the US News and World Report College Rankings Guide. These two colleges will be substantially less expensive for you to get a 4-year engineering degree. And with the huge expansion of student loan debt, you need to do everything to keep your college expenses under control.
