Scholarships money can most definitely be used for housing purposes. Just make sure your tuition bill is paid before considering housing options. Best of luck in college, Kai.

That is a great question! When applying for scholarships most of them have specific instructions on where this money can be used. Most college scholarships can be used for you college expenses which would include housing. Some private scholarships may have certain specifics of where you can use the funds. For example: on books or just on electronics for school use. When applying for scholarships just make sure to read all the fine print and then decide if that scholarship would be useful for you.
