Do you have any tips for finals week?

During finals week, I feel pressured and stressed because of the amount of final exams I have to complete in a short amount of time. #college

I agree with Paul's answer - time management is key during finals and this will also help you prepare for your future career. Knowing your schedule and allotted time to study is key. Always schedule some time for breaks that have nothing to do with your finals, where you can clear your head and remember to breathe. This will definitely help with the stress levels, which will in turn help with your finals. I do hope this helps!

I strongly suggest you write out a schedule. This schedule should list all of the dates and times of your finals as well as the specific hours you will spend studying. If you plan everything out and start early, you won't feel overwhelmed and stressed out.

Mary’s Answer

A schedule is a great idea, don't forget to include time to take a breath and replenish yourself. Anything that will help you feel refreshed, it could be a healthy snack, taking a walk or some other physical activity, or taking a set amount of time to stream something that relaxes you or read a book. I would advise against browsing the internet or social media, it should be something where you are in the moment, engaging with what is in front of you.
