Hi Patrico
Running, Running, Running everyday with a rest day in the week.
Run Hills, Hills, Hills, everyday as much as you can.
Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate!
Once a week, find a Handball/Raquetball/Paddle court with pickup games. Many Pro. Football players play this sport, off season to develop their "Stop n Go" power as well as stamina. Hand/Eye coordination will improve, Grip too (Careful with handball as your hands will puff-up from hitting the ball so much.
Remember that these player are serious players, so you want to play the B and A players.
Weights and Cables (Do not ignore warning on cables as they can damage shoulder if not used right)
