Digvijay Singh’s Answer

if you are very clear of the career path you want to follow (stated that you should have a prior industrial experience in the same field)and the facilities available in your college to aid your goal, then i think there wont be much distraction during your college life. Moving further with short term goals will help in achieving the main purpose of selection of your college/major subject.

As Jason mentioned, the best part is always meeting different people from all part of the world, being friends with them, and learning through the journey.

Jason’s Answer

The best part is the friends and network connections you will make as well as the education you will gain. The worst part is some of the courses that will be required that ultimately you will never utilize. : ) Do not be so quick to declare your major.
