I love to cook but want to want to get some collage work done what academy should I do

First go to your school counselor to take an interest and aptitude test to determine with what careers you interests and aptitudes are aligned.
If you find it is cooking, talk to you school counselor about talking to cooks and chefs that might have attended your school.
Go to you "fancy" restaurants in you area and talk to the chefs there to see how they got there.
Many good chefs got their start at community colleges, because they could get the first years at a great rate without accumulating high student loans. Go to you local community college and talk to the alumni officer to be put in contact with graduates from that school who became chefs. You will be surprised how helpful people like that can be.
The best way to learn about a job is to talk to people who have that job.
