If you are wanting to get into May's Business School, would it be wise to put that as my first Major?

Hello,
I am currently a May's business student in the PPA program. From my own perspective, I would definitely say you should without a doubt choose a major that Mays offer. This is because first, it directly tells Mays that you are passionate and interested in business and that you have a clear goal on how you want your college career to be. You can think of this as the opposite of being true if you are to choose a general major like General Studies. Second, even if you want to switch your major but stay in business, it is much easier to switch majors while you're already a Mays student rather than someone outside of Mays trying to transfer to Mays. Hopefully that helps!

I would say that regardless of which business school you choose, your first major should be whatever you wish to learn about and pursue as a career.

Yes I would put your first selection for major as the degree you want to pursue the most.
Mays is a great school of business and would prepare you for a great career.
