You are talking about pediatrics or obstetrics. Those are the fields of medicine that deal with medical care for infants and children, or for pregnancies. There's no specific job where all you do is cut umbilical cords, but you can be a nurse or a doctor and be there in the delivery room helping to deliver the baby. If you want to be more involved in the pregnancy phase, you should look more at obstetrics / gynecologists. If you want to work more with children after they are born, look more at pediatrics. For these medical professions, you're going to have to work particularly hard in your science courses. You might also want to get an internship at a hospital after school or on weekends, or at a pediatricians office so you can understand what the jobs are like and start developing a good reputation.
(By the way, it's not spelled babie, it's spelled baby. If you want to work with babies, you definitely need to spell baby correctly. :)
