The best way to find these great places would be to get to know yourself better to learn how you might most suitably fit into the medical career area and then talk to people face to face in person to see how you might be able to participate in or create shadowing opportunities for yourself.
Getting to know yourself and how your personality traits relate to people involved in various career opportunities is very important in your decision making process. I would recommend to get in touch with local clinics / poly clinics / hospitals / medical student campuses and opt for volunteering activities particularly in your field of specialisation if you are able to find it otherwise be open to General Practitioner activities like medical workshops / presentations etc
And please do not limit yourself to only one approach, try to explore more
Hope this helps
All the best !!
