I know you received an answer on environmental science, but I'd also look into environmental policy makers and geography! They both have to do with environmental factors, and gives you more options if you decide against the others.

While I have not recruited specifically for Environmental Science positions, I have found that the best way to find out about any career is to go online and ask. I used Google. Here is what I found. If you look at multiple sites look for consistencies in what they say. Below are a few sites to get you started.
