Where are the best programs to get a DNP from?

Totally depends on the type of DNP you want to be. They come in all flavors as nurse practitioners, but also as healthcare experts not as practitioners. Once you have an idea of what you want to specialize in look at those schools, communicate with admissions, and get some references to contact to ask questions on how the education went.

Hi Morgan!

In addition to Mary Beth's answer, I wanted to note that there are a couple different ways to obtain a DNP. Many nurses choose to obtain a MSN followed by a DNP, however some colleges now offer BSN to DNP programs, depending on the type of program. Many of these are practitioner programs and aren't applicable to all areas of nursing practice. I hope this helps!
