From someone who is still working on their procrastination, here are some things I've done that has helped me stay productive and focused:
1.Keep yourself organized so your aware of everything you need to do (your planner is your bestie).
2.Rank your to do list by priority (least to most important).
3.Make a study/ concentration playlist.
4.Keep mess free snacks and water on deck.
5.Set a timer for breaks so you don't burn yourself out.
And lastly, give yourself some grace and things aren't always as difficult as they look.
