Pre Optometry clubs, I've also seen ones thru American Optometric Association (AOA), check out big corps too like Walmart Vision, Visionworks- they also may do student grants/scholarships. Good Luck!

I would recommend three places in particular for you to search.
First and foremost, any professional associations for Optometrists would likely have or be able to connect you to some scholarships for which you could apply. Likely your professors are familiar with or are even members of such organizations, and may be able to help you refine an application.
Secondly, on the note of your professors, take a stroll around your department's offices and check the bulletin boards there. You may find some scholarships (or even paid internships!) promoted there. Competition may be fierce, considering that you'll likely be against the strongest students in your major/department, but applying every chance you get is a good way to make your name known among those evaluating applications!
Finally, I would consider checking with your school's Office of Financial Aid about a general application, which makes your eligible for many of your school's internal scholarships. Remember, you win by casting a wide net and applying for many scholarships, not just a few!
p.s. I would also consider scholarship search engines like fastweb, unigo, collegemonk, and others if you're looking to really up your odds.
