Yes! You can most definitely become a Pediatrician with Pre-Med. Medical schools look at students graduating with all different majors - just make sure you have the pre-req classes (your pre-med classes).

My classmates ranged from biology and chemistry to dance majors.

Find the classes that give you the most joy and major in that area.
Make sure you take all the medical school prerequisites by the middle of junior year of college.
