I would highly recommend getting as much education as you can. Many employers look at a master's degree the same way they saw an undergrad degree 20 years ago. So if you want to give yourself the most opportunities, get the most education.

Definitely! If you are already in school going for your undergraduate degree, it won't be a hard transition going for your Masters. You are already in "school mode" so you can see it through. I was going to get my Masters in business administration back in 2009 when I graduated with my undergrad degree. I decided to wait and I still have not gone back and it's almost 10 years later. Don't be like me. Go get that Masters!

I would say yes many companies look for this and a higher education does not hurt to have.
