Muhammad’s Answer
- Complete undergrad
- Complete doctorate in psychology
- Gain clinical experience
- Get state license
On the other hand, it's much more difficult to work specifically in psychology with just a bachelors in psychology. On the other hand if you are flexible, you may pursue other careers which require working with people & a bachelors degree as a pre-requisite. Some examples:
- Human Resources
- Recruiting
- Department manager for retail
Hope this helps!

The application of a psychology degree is very broad. The most important thing that you can do is to get to know your self better to determine which application area would be most suitable based upon how your personality traits relate to people in that area and then talking to people face to face in person in that area to see what they to, how they got there, and what advice and suggestion that they might have for you.
Getting to know yourself and how your personality traits relate to people involved in various career opportunities is very important in your decision making process. During my many years in Human Resources and College Recruiting, I ran across too many students who had skipped this very important step and ended up in a job situation which for which they were not well suited. Following are some important steps which I developed during my career which have been helpful to many.
