Is it hard to find roommates for college?

If you're a freshman, I highly suggest staying in the campus housing/ dorm which provides you easy access to the campus and they will likely help in the finding of your roommate.

Before living in the dorm my freshman year, I was able to complete a profile and it asked what type of roommate I would like and then they worked to find someone who would be a good match! This was a great way to meet someone new and to have an automatic friend.

There are likely off campus housing options which will do random roommate assignments as well, but they may not check for compatibility beforehand.
