How do I get information on becoming a Medical Investigator, in my state?

I would like to be an investigator in the Medical Examiner's office.

Melba this is a great question. I would say that if you are just looking to get information on this, the best place to start would be to start with your county coroner's office. They may have a program that would allow you to possibly shadow the coroner for a day or could at least put you in the right direction based off of what you wanted to do exactly.
