Congratulations on being interested in finding the right career to follow.. It takes a special person to enter into a specific career field and meet the demands which that career area presents. The first step is to get to know yourself to see if you share the personality traits which make one successful in that area. The next step is doing networking to meet and talk to and possibly shadow people doing what you might think that you want to do to see if this is something that you really want to do, as a career area could look much different on the inside than it looks from the outside. When I was doing college recruiting, I encountered too many students, who skipped these important steps, and ended up in a career/job for which they were ill suited.

I also recommend what Ken Simmons said in terms of future steps. I'd also suggest for you to do some self-reflection on WHY you like science, history, and gym so much. For example, what do you like about gym so much? Do you like the hands-on aspect of it? Pick a career that is hands-on rather than abstract. Or is it that you like being good at things? Pick a career in a field that you're good at naturally. Or is it the teamwork and camaraderie that you enjoy most? Pick a career that's teamwork and people-oriented.
You're going to be doing a lot of self-exploration in the next few years, and that's completely normal. Taking some quizzes like on ONET or the Myers Briggs quiz can be a good starting step in terms of finding out more about yourself.

Perhaps you might consider a career in sports medicine or biomedical engineering with a focus in biomechanics?
