Both. Sorry for the pressure, but your grades get you the interview, your experience gets you the job.
DON'T work at the pizza place unless you want to run a business.
DO find jobs that relate to the job you will eventually have - and start a OneNote that explains exactly how each job fits.
Remember that experience is/can be more than a job.

Grades and internships will definitely matter a lot but ultimately, I think what matters differs greatly for different people and different employers.
For me what mattered most was the network I had - both the people I had connected with and my school's career office. I would encourage you to work as hard on networking as you will on your grades and internships.

The most important thing to look for in a job is how well it fits you and your personality traits and gives you a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment. A good job is one in which you are able to use your skills, abilities, experiences, and education in a way in which you look forward to going to work every day.
Getting to know yourself and how your personality traits relate to people involved in various career opportunities is very important in your decision making process. During my many years in Human Resources and College Recruiting, I ran across too many students who had skipped this very important step and ended up in a job situation which for which they were not well suited. Selecting a career area is like buying a pair of shoes. Following are some important steps which I developed during my career which have been helpful to many .
