I would say the biggest challenge as a physical therapist is burnout. Make sure that when you are interviewing for a position that you are comfortable with the amount of patients you have on your caseload and the one on one time you get with them

documentation is by far my biggest challenge. This is a change we all have to digest. PT’s have a lot of paperwork from evaluations, discharges, re-certifications, daily and weekly progress notes, and the supervisory documentation requirements of out PTA’s
